Return & Exchange Policy:

Your satisfaction is our first priority. We provide 100% satisfaction to the customers regarding the products.

  • If you wish to return or exchange the product, it must fulfill one or more of the following conditions:
    • Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
    • Has missing parts or accessories
    • Is different from what was ordered
    • Is no longer needed (not all items may be eligible),Productions can be returned.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
    Refer to instructions to return items against each category. We may reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the policy.
  • In case of returns the delivery charges must be paid by the customer.

What is the procedure for the returning of my items?

  • Send us an email at support@smilykiddos.com with your order number within the purchase of 7 days or call us at +91 7680004000. Please note that after 7 days, we’ll not accept your return/replacement.
  • Our customer service representative will reply with further information that may be required.
  • A replacement unit or refund will be issued upon inspection of the item.
  • Product is eligible for a refund on return, you can choose to return the product either through courier Pickup or Self-Return.

Courier Pickup

Currently we do not provide courier pickup services, so in order to return or exchange a product, customer will have to manually do it.

Self Return

In case of self-return, customer can return the product  by using  courier/postal service. It is customer’s responsibility to provide all the documents which are required by courier to ship the item back to our address. To return the item, it should be in an unusable state.

Refund Policy :

  • The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.
  • Please make sure note that, the coupon codes, shipping charges and COD(Cash On Delivery) charges are non-refundable.
  • For refund of payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, please get in touch with our Customer Care team. You can receive an instant refund or replacement after your order has been cancelled.
  • If you would like a refund to your bank account/credit card, the same will be processed by bank/payment gateway within 15 working days of order cancellation. Payments made through DD/Cash on Delivery will be processed within 15 days after receiving the bank details from you.
